I love smoothies! It's an easy way to get in extra protein + fiber! Plus, they are just delish! This Berry Beet Banana Smoothie will be on repeat all summer!

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries⁣
  • 2 tsp honey⁣
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed ⁣
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein⁣
  • 1 tsp cinnamon⁣
  • 1 tsp beetroot powder
  • 1 medium banana⁣, frozen
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut MCT oil⁣
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk⁣


  • Blend everything, in a high-speed blender, on low to medium speed and be patient! Too thick? Add almond milk until desired consistency is reached. ENJOY!⁣
