Peaches & Cream Overnight Oats Recipe

A Overnight Oats recipe that’s creamy, naturally sweet, and perfect for busy mornings

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ fresh peach diced (or frozen)

Method
 

  1. In a jar or container, mix oats, almond milk, yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir well to combine.
  2. Add diced peaches and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, give it a quick stir and top with extra peach slices or granola for crunch.
