“We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.” – Oscar Wilde
This is the perfect quote about those of us living in Tahoe. We live below the poverty line so we can chase a dream. While we are all after something different, there is one thing that binds us together, snow. What about those who live here and are never able to see the stars or for those who’s sights have begun to fade. What happens? Can we regain sight or are we forced to realize that our time has come and gone. Must we move on? Must we grow up? Things are never what they seem.
This picture just makes me smile.
