People I have some exciting stuff happening to the blog! Yup, to celebrate 10 years of blogging (crazy, right?!), next month, there will be some significant changes around here along with some fun giveaways! Blogging has changed considerably over the last 10 years and it’s time to make some changes too. I hope you’re ok with it. Anyway, more details to follow.

You might be tired of me talking about CrossFit, but people it’s kind of apart of my life. It’s incredible  what it’s done for my mind and body over the last year. Well if you’re interested in a little behind the scenes of what it takes to be the Fittest on Earth then you’ll want to check CrossFit’s new documentary FITTEST ON EARTH: A DECADE OF FITNESS. This action-packed sports film is out TODAY On Demand! I was lucky enough to view it last weekend! So much inspiration! Bring on 17.4!

Spring Cleaning 
The older I get the more I’m turning into a minimalist. Less is more. With that said I’ve been really good about buying less (aka things I don’t really need), but I haven’t been great about getting rid of things! So yesterday while Emerson napped I posted a few items on POSHMARK! It’s amazing how many items still have tags!
