Hello, My name is Tiara and I do not like corned beef and cabbage. Gasp…. I know, What’s wrong with me?! Every year St. Patrick’s Day rolls around and while I might wear green I’m definitely not making a traditional Irish meal, oops. You’re probably thinking poor Nick. Well he knew what he was signing up for π
Anyway, I’m planing a very healthy ‘green’ menu for Thursday — green smoothie [of course], Kale salad and Chicken Avocado Lime soup! If you’re like me and in the mood for a something a little different on St. Patrick’s Day then keep reading. I rounded up 10 ‘green’ dishes for those looking to celebrate being Irish, loving an Irish or just plain needing a reason to party.
Happy eating!
Do you have any St. Patrick’s Day traditions?

Great list of green foods. I am not a fan of corned beef and cabbage either. My family also does not really have any St. Patty's Day traditions. We will wear a little green but other then that we just go on like it's just a normal day. Maybe this year I will make some spinach pancakes for breakfast π Thanks for sharing.
