Happy Monday!
Today I’m guest blogging over at Doe Loves Buck while Shawna get her Study on. Shawna and her man have a GSP too so natural my blog is all about Roxy and why she’s the best dog.
Spring has sprung in Tahoe. It’s that time of year when work really starts gearing up, snowboarding takes a backseat, but I’m working out like a mad woman, and well spring cleaning.
A couple weeks ago I checked out the weekly wine tasting at 968 Park Spa Resort. It’s a environmental friendly boutique hotel in town. Check out the reception desk made out of reclaimed wood.
For Easter I made the tastiest paleo cake.
Enjoyed another amazing Tahoe sunset.
The weather has been gorgeous lately and instead of snowboarding we’ve been busy working on the house. A few weekends ago we raked the front yard and ended up with 13 bags of pine needles. Below is our little helper.
Saturday there was a big air competition at Heavenly Mountain Resort.
Sunday was a lazy day, but I did make some new paleo dishes. Below are Paleo Morning Glory Muffins, recipe coming tomorrow.
Sunday afternoon I did manage to make it to the driving range with my girlfriend to hit a few balls. It was extremely windy, but we made it happen. You can even see the next storm rolling in.
After hitting a few balls and pulling out my mountain bike I’m officially ready for summer!

Loving the Paleo. I feel great. Don't know if it's the Paleo, working out or a combo of the two!
