Ah, the beach. we spent half the day hanging out on the beach, floating in the water and laughing with friends.

After an awesome day at the beach we bbqed back at our place before heading to the firework show.
Saturday we hiked to Round Lake via Big Meadow. It’s a fairly easy hike. The pup dog had a blast running through the open meadow.

Once we arrived at Round Lake we enjoyed lunch and went for a swim. The water was perfect!
Sunday we relaxed at the house and ran a few errands. All in all I would say it was a successful weekend. Nick’s folks fly in Thursday so the next few weeks are going to be full of adventures. How did you spend 4th of July weekend?
