Happy Monday Folks!
Have you been following along on insta-stories? No, well I’ve been sharing all my meals and the macro breakdown, since Friday, so you can see how I make the foods I want to eat work! Yup, only because I love you guys and hope to inspire you to create your healthiest and best life. Whatever that looks like for you because we’re all different.
Anyway, over the weekend I whipped up some protein bites to keep handy in the freezer.
These little bites help satisfy my sweet cravings without blowing macros. I say that’s a win-win. The best part there’s only 5 ingredients and they’re all pantry staples! There are so many different variations you can make so get creative. Use your favorite nut butter or white chocolate chips.
These could also sub as a ‘healthy’ cookie alternative at your next holiday party.

Protein Bites
Ingredients
1 cup Quaker Oats (I used old fashion, but quick oats work too)
1/4 cup Thrive Market Honey
1/2 cup Thrive Market Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Thrive Market Natural Creamy PB
31 g Amazing Grass Pure Vanilla Protein (sub with your favorite protein powder)
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Once combined, roll into 1.5 inch balls. Makes roughly 12 balls. Enjoy one now and store the remaining in the fridge or freezer.
Pro tip: Use a cookie scoop to portion out then roll into balls.
