BIG news… Today is my last day at my job. That’s right folks I’m moving on. So what are the plans? We’ll I’ll still be working with one of my clients as a independent consultant! So I guess you could said I’m starting my own company! Big moves in 2016!

TWO | Fitness Coaching
I have a secret. I joined the Beach Body team as a fitness coach. The plan is to work on my certifications, but until then this is a great way to help motivate individuals to reach their fitness goals. My first “get fit” challenge will start September 7.
