So, January is almost over. How did that happen? Let’s talk all things food. I don’t know about you, but I’m still crushing my health and fitness goals from 2017. How are you doing? Remeber it only takes 3 weeks to create a habit. Don’t wait for tomorrow start working on those goals today. Remember it’s about consistency, not perfection.
Favorite Meal/Treat of the Week
I made the best energy bites! They seriously tasted like a sugar cookie. Blend 1 cup quick oats, 1/2 cup raw cashews, 4 tbsp agave, 1 tbsp PB, 2 tsp vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Once combine, roll into 12 balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or 3-4 months in the freezer. You’re welcome!

Per usual, Target is speaking my love language. All bed & bath items are marked down 30%! Hello, this is the perfect time to swap out those old (and probably gross) bath towels, sheets, etc. We’re fans of their sheets and towels… also we’ve been switching over to white. Because it’s just nice to be able to bleach them! Who’s with me?
