Do you ever have days, weeks, or even months where you know you did a bunch of stuff, but then have no idea what you actually did? Yeah, that’s currently my status. Please send help. I’m ready for life to pause, slow down, or an awesome assistant because that would be really helpful. I don’t know how I manage to do half of the things I do. This is bigger than “mom life.” With that said, bear with me, while I navigate balancing work, home life, fitness/health, friendships, etc. In the meantime, let’s talk about things I’m currently loving and wanting.

BEST MEAL OF THE WEEK
Well, most of my meals were pretty basic this week. However, if I had to pick one it would have to be Cilantro Lime Cauliflower rice with baked salmon with the runner-up the chicken burrito bowl. Honestly, I’ve made the Chicken Burrito Bowl 3 times in the last week. It’s that good, filling and healthy! Want to build your own? Here’s what I use: shredded chicken, jasmine rice, cilantro lime black beans, salsa, spinach, cheese, and avocado. Enjoy!
FAVORITE WORKOUT APPAREL
Currently, I’m all about Nike and Athleta right now. Seriously the best. I know you’re probably thinking, but what about Lululemon… I love their sports bras and shorts, but their pants and tanks are not worth the price (IMHO) — sorry. Right now I’m loving these 7/8 leggings, this sports bra and this tank.
