The fact is ALL brides want to look amazing in their wedding dress. Which usually means a diet or workout regimen and sometimes both are put into place after an engagement. I like to think of myself as fit, but I can always be in better shape. When the end of March rolled around and closing day at area mountains were quickly approaching I got my butt back in the gym, four to five days a week. The quickest thing to get summer ready and well wedding ready was the dreaded SPIN class. Yes that’s right I’ve been spinning four to five days a weeks since March. I feel great!
