A few weekends ago I headed down the mountain to Sacramento (about 2 hours) for a little retail therapy. I didn’t do too much damage!
I’m loving colored cords this fall and scored a dark navy pair from the gap. They’re perfect with tall boots or flats.

I have a hand full of cotton dresses and love them so when I saw this dress from Old Navy I had to buy it. I’m in love with the grey stripes and punch of color!

We’ve been on a mission to find a duvet cover for the master bedroom, so I headed to Create & Barrel, gift card in hand and left with this little set. Originally when I looked at it online I wasn’t sold, but I loved it in the store and even more when I returned home and saw it in our room. It’s very versatile. It will look great with grey, green purple or even blue! Now I just need to decide on accent pillows and sheets.
