As my due date approaches, I’m checking a million things off the list one by one. What do we still need for the nursery? When can we start meeting with contractors for the kitchen remodel? All things Christmas? or What family members are coming when after the baby is born? All that aside knowing we’re 7 weeks away I’ve started to think about my hospital bag. However, before I decide what essentials I may or may not need I know I need a cute bag. Cue the “weekender” bag. It will hold everything for one or two nights! Not having a baby don’t worry these are great for weekend getaways too. 😉 Wining!
Although, I don’t necessarily need a new bag it would be nice. These are just a few I’m eying.

I love the striped bag from Target! So cute. All you really need for yourself is the basic toiletries, some socks or slippers and something comfy to wear when you leave. Definitely take some lotion because it's always dry in the hospitals. 🙂

Loving the target & kate spade bag. Did you already purchase your diaper bag? As for what I packed in my hospital bag (currently finishing it up now): my own gown & robe, slippers, snacks (for hubby too), maternity pads, breast pads, maternity briefs, one take home outfit, shampoo/condition/body wash, 2 outfits for the baby, camera if your planning to take photos, diapers/wipes for the baby.
Great list! I was missing a few of those items on my list. Regarding the diaper bag yes. My sister actually bought me the Petunia Pickle Bottom. I like that it has a backpack and shoulder option.
I love these! I almost purchased the Herschel bag at Urban Outfitters last night! We just use boring LLBean bags or suitcases, but I may have to invest in something a little cuter. 😉 Thanks for sharing!
