Happy October party people! Can you believe Halloween is 30 days away! Are you ready? I am. I caved at Walmart last week and bought my first bag of candy! I know, I know. I went for a bag of the NESTLÉ® Jumbo Assorted Fun Size Candy. I definitely felt the fat kid inside jumping for joy [yup, went there].
On a side note, I did go on a long hike before treating myself to a big bag of candy. HAHA!
With all the holiday temptations, it’s the perfect time to share an easy way to sneak some greens into your kids morning smoothie. Let’s call it ‘Green Monster Milk.’
Basically, I took one of my favorite green smoothies and spiced it up with NESQUIK® Ready to Drink.
Chocolate does a body good!
Kid Approved Green Smoothie
aka – Green Monster Milk [Serves 2]
Ingredients
1 Bottle NESQUIK® Ready to Drink
1 cup baby spinach
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon green superfood
2 tablespoons protein powder [Optional or a scoop of peanut butter]
1 cup ice [optional – I only like to use a few cubes]
Instead of ice try adding frozen blueberries or strawberries.
Directions
Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Top with chia seeds & coconut flakes [optional]. Enjoy!

Since I started taking Green energy drinks for breakfast every day, I stopped feeling bloated, out of shape, and just plain junked up down to a core and intestinal level.
