The quickest way to my heart is through ice cream. You better believe the husband knows this. Obviously, when it comes to dessert I gravitate to all things ice cream related. Valentine’s day is tomorrow and while I don’t know what I’m making for dinner, I do know I’m having ice cream for dessert. Maybe we’ll have dessert for dinner. HA! Just kidding. Anyway, while at my local Whole Foods Market I made sure to stock up on a few pints. Yes, a few pints is correct. A girl needs options.
This year I’m spicing up Valentine’s day with Ice Cream sandwiches! Homemade cookies + a scoop of my favorite flavor! Here’s the line up for tomorrow night: Talenti [Sea Salt Caramel], Ben & Jerry’s [half baked], and Three Twins [mocha difference]. Enough said.

I got containers to use to create ice cream sandwiches at home a few years ago for christmas but haven't used them yet. thanks for the inspiration. i'm making my list for what i'll need now. who doesn't loe ice cream sandwiches

How odd that you have this posted today. I totally woke up and wanted an ice cream sandwich for breakfast. I make it by putting ice cream between two eggo waffles. 🙂
