Last week I shared How to Keep a Clean Home by cleaning a little bit everyday so you don’t spend all weekend cleaning and today I’m giving you a checklist! What?! Yup, for those of you who are feeling overwhelmed or just don’t know where to start hopefully my checklist will serve as your diving board.
But first, let’s chat about my house and cleaning supplies.
I LOVE cleaning my new kitchen! Lysol All Purpose Cleaner is my go-to for keeping the counter tops clean and shiny.
When it comes to doing the dishes I like to add Finish Jet-Dry Rinse Aid.
Tips for using Jet-Dry:
+ For spotless glassware, use a Rinse Aid.
+ For drier dishes, use a Drying Aid.
+ For clean dishwater, use a Machine Cleaner.
+ For tough stain removal, use a Detergent Booster.
Pro Tip: Use a rinse aid in your dishwasher and your plastics will be drier when you put them away!
Target Cartwheel Offer: 5% off all Finish Products. [Running 3/27-5/14]
When it comes to the bathroom I don’t use anything other than Lysol products. Did you know Lysol kills 99.9% of viruses and bacteria?! I recently picked up Lysol Mold & Mildew Blaster at Target and LOVE it. If you’re a fan of bleach you’ll want to try it out. The Lysol toilet bowl cleaner is a no brainer.
Deal alert: Buy 3, get 1 free on Lysol products. Offer valid 3/27 – 5/14/16. Target Cartwheel Offer: 10% off all Lysol Cleaning Products. [Running 3/27-5/14]
Drum roll please….. My Spring Cleaning Checklist!
The checklist is broken down by room. It’s up to you, tackle it all in a weekend or clean a little bit everyday. You’ll typically find me cleaning a little every day whether it’s during nap time of after Emerson goes to bed.
Either way, happy cleaning!

The French fries and the ice cream are the favorite one for the kids. When the makers make them they should clean their hands.
