Apparently today was the first day of fall however, it still feels like summer. Every time I turn around I’m reminded that its fall and winter not far behind.
- Tuesday morning safety meeting topic, winterizing your house
- Piles of wood around my house and most of my neighbors yards
- 35 degree temps in the morning
- Beanies
- Comfort food
- Football
- Oktoberfest
- Planning out Holiday vacation time
- Telling myself I need to get in shape for Snowboarding
In lieu of it being the first day of fall I’m going to drink my coffee and not worry about all these things until next week.
Things I’m looking forward to in the months ahead.
- Trip to the Pacific Coast – Redwood National Park
- Oktoberfest
- Pumpkin craving
- First snow fall
- Mammoth
- Harvesting Apples
- Fires and peppermint patties
- Snowboarding
- Numerous trips to the Bay
Winter is always fun in Tahoe. Friends come back from where ever they were for the last 6 months (New Zealand, Europe, South America…you name it). Snowboarding, Snowboarding, Snowboarding… and this year we have snow removal!!! Yaay I don’t have to touch the driveway only the deck and that’s super easy and fast… Thank you Nick!
