Well, we wrapped up the Lurong Living Challenge! Let’s just say after Emerson’s Birthday party we went a little rogue. Anyway, I’m feeling lean and mean. We’re still eating Paleo and I’m allowing myself a glass of wine on the weekend, if I’m feeling it.

I so admire your discipline! I have started eating "clean"ish, but I need to do better. The weather here has been so cold, wet and icy, and it just kills my mojo to work out! I guess wearing pants and baggy sweaters allows me to hide some stuff…I need to get my beach body back before summer!
