Over last few weeks the hubby has asked me to make cookies a few times, ok maybe it was the baby. Either way, I finally caved. Saturday I tried out a new chocolate chip cookie recipe. They turned out amazing. Let’s just say one batch made 3 dozen bite sized cookies (my favorite sized dessert) and as of this morning they are gone! Guess I’ll just have to make another batch this weekend 😉

Mix in flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.
Using a
tablespoon/ cookie scoop, drop dough onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, until the edges are
barely golden brown. (Note: The tops
will not brown. Do not cook longer than ten minutes. Trust me.)
