Come on get Happy…. Sorry I had to. Anyway we’re big fans of baby wearing over here. Like all things baby there are so many options when it comes to wraps, slings and just straight baby carriers. At the end of the day it all depends on the mom and baby — what works for one person may not work for another.
OK, let’s talk specifically about the Happy Baby Wrap. It’s soft, lightweight and packs down into a small pouch. This is key for parents who travel often or live in warm climates.
Over the weekend we took our Happy Baby Wrap for a walk/hike. How did it perform? I feel it’s great for running errands, plane travel or short walks. However I don’t think it’s great for longer walks or hiking. The material is extremely soft and lightweight which is perfect for warm days. However, I felt the material didn’t have much give or maybe it just stretched out after awhile. This made it difficult to keep Emerson, who is around 16lbs, snug in the wrap. After about 30 minutes I had to keep adjusting her. I wouldn’t completely rule out this wrap as I do feel it would be perfect if she was 0-3 months. The suggested weight is 8-25lbs.

Final thoughts: We’ll keep using the Happy Baby Wrap. I love the high quality lightweight bamboo material. Plus, I wasn’t a hot sweaty mess after an hour when I have been with other carriers. The Happy Baby Wrap would make a great baby gift.
