When I found out I was pregnant, I was overwhelmed with excitement and joy. Ok, maybe a tad of fear too. Since it was my first time I wasn’t really sure what to expect. As my pregnancy progressed I started thinking about how life would soon change and be full of new adventures.

While I can’t keep her from all the bad in life I can teach her to live life to the fullest and to make the most of every success and failure. Show her the world and raise her wild and free — Let her dream big, eat well, travel often and love with her whole heart.
How do I plan to raise her wild?
I promise to let her dream big and help her reach those dreams.
I promise to let her fall, but help pick her up when she needs a hand.
I promise to let her laugh, because laughter makes the heart full.
I promise to give her guidance, but to always support the choices she makes.
I promise to provide her with opportunities in life to help her achieve her dreams.
I promise to engage and listen.
I promise to celebrate the little things in life.
I promise to lead by example whether it’s teaching her how to love, a good work ethic, work life balance, being silly, staying healthy or exploring the world.

Love your post, very sweet! All those promises to your child are very good ones, and I'd have to say are similar to mine! I promise to love my children unconditionally, and be there to help guide them throughout life, and teach them so when they are older they have the necessary tools to survive the real world in the happiest way possible.
