I still haven’t made zucchini noodles, but it’s high on my to-do list. I also feel as though it’s a very summer dish as it can be served cold. Do you zoodle?

Come on a healthy twist on an america favorite — yes, please! This is perfect when you have some chicken leftover and not sure what to make.
