It’s no secret I love food. In fact, I’m a fat kid at heart. Yup, I went there. However, it’s doesn’t mean I indulge daily. Everything in moderation right?! Well, here are five eats from cheat days to healthy meals I can’t wait to try this summer.
ONE | S’mores Bars [via]
HOLY yum! I can already picture sitting around a camp fire or just in my living room (let’s be honest) and enjoying these bad boys.
TWO | Cucumber Tomato Avocado Salad [via]
This dish just screams summer. I might just have to make it this weekend. All I need are a few tomatoes.
THREE | Raspberry – Dark Chocolate Banana Bread [via]
Be still my heart — three things I love in one — chocolate, berries and bread! Honestly, I don’t think this would live longer than a few days in my house.
FOUR | Zucchini Noodles with Pesto [via]
I still haven’t made zucchini noodles, but it’s high on my to-do list. I also feel as though it’s a very summer dish as it can be served cold. Do you zoodle?
FIVE | Chipotle Chicken Sweet Potato Skins [via]
Come on a healthy twist on an america favorite — yes, please! This is perfect when you have some chicken leftover and not sure what to make.
