It’s been pretty warm in Tahoe latley. Which has me dreaming of summer and craving a easy berry beet banana smoothie! It’s going to be bikini season bfroe we know it. You could say it’s time to start getting after it and fueling our bodies with goodness. Speaking of summer, they say summer bodies are made in the winter. However, I think it’s time we change that! Instead, let’s try “healthy bodies are made 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚!”

Berry Beet Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp beetroot powder
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1/2 tbsp coconut MCT oil
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Blend everything, in a high-speed blender, on low to medium speed and be patient! Too thick? Add almond milk until desired consistency is reached. ENJOY!
