When I was a kid, I loved hitting up Golden Spoon for froyo. If you know, you know. These π£πΏπΌππ²πΆπ» ππΏπΌππΌ πππ½π are the perfect little treat post-lunch or dinner. They’ll curb the craving without breaking the bank. Plus, they remind me of my childhood, but much healthier. Win-win, right?!

Ingredients
1 cup greek yogurt (I used berry flavored.)β£
1- 2 scoopsΒ BUBS NaturalsΒ collagenβ£
1/4 cup maple syrupβ£
1 tbspΒ SunfoodΒ cacao powderβ£
1/4 cup natural nut butter (I used almond butter.)β£
1 tbsp almond flourβ£
1/2 tbspΒ BUBS NaturalsΒ MCT Oil Powderβ£
Directionsβ£
Mix together yogurt, collagen, maple syrup, and cacao powder and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine the nut butter, almond flour, and MCT Oil Powder.β£

Line a muffin tin with liners and lightly and grease them. Do not skip this step. β£
Now it’s time to layer. Add a little of the yogurt mixture, then nut butter mixture, then top it with more yogurt mixture.β£
Freeze for at least an hour; store up to a month in the freezer using your favorite stasher bag. β£

Makes roughly 6 cups. β β£
PSST… When you’re ready to enjoy I suggest letting them defrost/thaw for a few minutes. β£
