Where are all my snack queens at? I knew you were my people! You’ll thank me later for these 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝘆𝗼 𝗖𝘂𝗽𝘀! Trust me, when I say you’ll want to keep a stash of these cups of goodness in your freezer.
When I was a kid, I loved hitting up Golden Spoon for froyo. If you know, you know. These 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝘆𝗼 𝗖𝘂𝗽𝘀 are the perfect little treat post-lunch or dinner. They’ll curb the craving without breaking the bank. Plus, they remind me of my childhood, but much healthier. Win-win, right?!

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝘆𝗼 𝗖𝘂𝗽𝘀
Ingredients
1 cup greek yogurt (I used berry flavored.)
1- 2 scoops BUBS Naturals collagen
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp Sunfood cacao powder
1/4 cup natural nut butter (I used almond butter.)
1 tbsp almond flour
1/2 tbsp BUBS Naturals MCT Oil Powder
Directions
Mix together yogurt, collagen, maple syrup, and cacao powder and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine the nut butter, almond flour, and MCT Oil Powder.
Line a muffin tin with liners and lightly and grease them. Do not skip this step.
Now it’s time to layer. Add a little of the yogurt mixture, then nut butter mixture, then top it with more yogurt mixture.
Freeze for at least an hour; store up to a month in the freezer using your favorite stasher bag.
Makes roughly 6 cups. ⠀

PSST… When you’re ready to enjoy I suggest letting them defrost/thaw for a few minutes.
Enjoy!
