Waffles, pancakes, crepes — oh, my! All these dishes scream weekend comfort food. What if you could eat pancakes without feeling guilty? Well you can. I’m back with another tasty healthy breakfast option created for BistroMD by, Dr. Cederquist and her husband, Ed Cederquist, for better breakfast month.
I kicked off better breakfast month last week with crepes! That’s right, crepes. This week it’s all about pancakes. How does a couple of silver dollar sweet potato pancakes sound? Delish, right? This weekend I plan on cooking up a batch saturday after crossfit.
Check back next week to see what’s on the menu.
