Overnight Oats
Overnight Oats are my jam and they need to be yours too. Simply pour a packet into your shaker, add your favorite nut milk, like Elmhurst1925, shake and place in the fridge for 30 minutes or overnight! Enjoy as-is or top with fresh fruit.
They’re loaded with ingredients like maca root for energy, real fruit, raw cacao, hemp, flax, chia, vanilla bean, and more. Plus, each serving includes 20g of quality protein!
I love overnight oats because it’s a dense and balanced breakfast. It’s also something easy for kids to make. They’ll have fun shaking it up.
Chia Pudding
Oh, chia seed pudding. Let me count the ways I love you. You’ve got all the goods. I originally jumped on the chia pudding train for dessert, but now I love it for breakfast paired with fresh seasonal fruit and protein-packed granola. Are you with me?!
Why is chia seed pudding amazing?
- Chia Seeds deliver a massive amount of nutrients with very few calories
- Loaded with antioxidants
- Almost all the carbs are fiber
- Chia Seeds are high in quality protein
- Chia Seeds are high in omega-3 fatty acids
If I’m feeling wild, I’ll make a combo of overnight oats and chia seed pudding. If you know, you know.
